A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Fun Facts B.V., Herentalsesteenweg 77 C, 2280 Grobbendonk, Belgium, Tel.: 022419051464, E-Mail: sales@fun-facts.eu ) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
